HEALTH & FITNESS COACH | EDUCATOR


Hello, I’m Amy, and I’m deeply passionate about helping women overcome health challenges and reclaim their joy and vitality. Born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in South Texas, I know firsthand the struggle of living with debilitating health issues. For over 35 years, I endured chronic migraines that impacted every part of my life—school, work, family, travel, and even the simplest of pleasures.

Through it all, I learned how to find resilience. When a migraine would strike and I found myself overwhelmed, I held onto the belief that when the pain subsided, I would savor each healthy moment with more gratitude than before.

I understand the frustration of feeling held back, of struggling to finish tasks, and of constantly managing triggers to avoid another setback. I also understand the power of fighting back—refusing to accept that a life of pain and limitations is inevitable.

In 2004, I made a pivotal decision to approach my health holistically. I began by improving my diet, balancing hormones, focusing on gut health, detoxifying my home, staying hydrated with mineral-rich water, and reducing stress. These lifestyle changes transformed my well-being. While migraines still occasionally occur, they are few and far between, and I am grateful every day for this shift.

My journey ignited a passion to help other women—whether you’re managing a demanding career or juggling motherhood—navigate their own health challenges. I’m here to support you in building a life of balance, vitality, and joy, one step at a time.

ISHA Level One Aromatherapist

As a certified Level One ISHA Aromatherapist, we learn about the fundamentals of essential oils, their therapeutic properties, safe usage guidelines, blending techniques, and how to incorporate aromatherapy into holistic health practices to enhance well-being. This training is still in progress.

Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner

As an Aroma Freedom Technique practitioner, we learned how to facilitate a process that combines the benefits of essential oils with psychological techniques to help clients identify and release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks. This approach involves:

  1. Identifying Emotional Blocks: Guiding clients to recognize specific feelings or thoughts that hinder their progress or well-being.
  2. Using Essential Oils: Selecting and applying essential oils known for their emotional and psychological benefits to support the process.
  3. Mindfulness Techniques: Employing mindfulness and visualization exercises to help clients connect with their feelings and desires.
  4. Reframing Thoughts: Assisting clients in shifting their mindset and creating positive affirmations or intentions.
  5. Empowerment: Encouraging clients to take an active role in their emotional healing and personal growth.

This technique combines the aromatic properties of essential oils with cognitive strategies to foster emotional well-being and enhance personal transformation.

As an NASM certified Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs that focus on functional movement, proper technique, and holistic wellness, while emphasizing education, motivation, and a supportive environment.

Precision Nutrition Coach

As a Precision Nutrition coach, I learned how to design personalized nutrition plans based on evidence-based principles, emphasizing behavior change, habit formation, and the importance of holistic health to help clients achieve their wellness goals effectively.
