Hello, I’m Amy, and I’m deeply passionate about helping women overcome health challenges and reclaim their joy and vitality. Born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in South Texas, I know firsthand the struggle of living with debilitating health issues. For over 35 years, I endured chronic migraines that impacted every part of my life—school, work, family, travel, and even the simplest of pleasures.
Through it all, I learned how to find resilience. When a migraine would strike and I found myself overwhelmed, I held onto the belief that when the pain subsided, I would savor each healthy moment with more gratitude than before.
I understand the frustration of feeling held back, of struggling to finish tasks, and of constantly managing triggers to avoid another setback. I also understand the power of fighting back—refusing to accept that a life of pain and limitations is inevitable.
In 2004, I made a pivotal decision to approach my health holistically. I began by improving my diet, balancing hormones, focusing on gut health, detoxifying my home, staying hydrated with mineral-rich water, and reducing stress. These lifestyle changes transformed my well-being. While migraines still occasionally occur, they are few and far between, and I am grateful every day for this shift.
My journey ignited a passion to help other women—whether you’re managing a demanding career or juggling motherhood—navigate their own health challenges. I’m here to support you in building a life of balance, vitality, and joy, one step at a time.
