Salad Jars

You know what they say right? “A salad a day….” Well, I don’t know who really said that but I decided to say it. These are incredible! They last forever in the fridge. Be sure to use mason jars with the wide mouth. They really do work the best and keep everything very, very fresh. There is an order to which you place the ingredients in your jar. You can see that here.

Step One: Align your assembly to make sure you have your order right. (note: once you get good you can just throw the ingredients directly into the jars). In order of what goes in the jar first: 1. Roasted Artichokes (olive oil & Carrabas seasoning, roasted) 2. Cherry tomatos 3. Hearts of palm (jar) 4. Black Olives 5. Cannelini beans 6. Cucumbers 7. Pine Nuts 8. Mixed Greens 9. Dressing Container
